Remote Working at Height, Safe Use of Steps & Ladders

Course Objectives:

This course is designed to give delegates an understanding of the regulations, and what they mean for the employee as well as the employer.

Course Content:

At the end of the course, delegates will have an understanding of the following:

  • Health and Safety Law and Working at Height Regulations
  • Duties of the employer
  • Duties of the employee
  • Defining ‘Working at Height’
  • How to identify the root cause of accidents in relation to working at height
  • Safe use of equipment – ladders, steps, towers, MEWPS
  • Risk assessment
  • Inspecting equipment

On completion of the course delegates will receive a Certificate of Attendance.

Who Should Attend?

Anyone who works at height and health and safety supervisors / managers.

Delivery:

Delivered via Zoom video technology, the training covers the same content as the classroom course and is delivered to the same standard.  The same assessment takes place but either via our secure online assessment technology or by an oral assessment.
