In its commitment to a continuous journey of improving quality, C&C achieved ISO 9001 on the 22nd August 2018, our ISO 9001 Certificate Number: is 304642018. C&C Training hold Quality Management Meetings to review quality objectives for all areas of the company and to remain compliant with the ISO 9001 standard. This helps us to ensure that the company operates effectively and efficiently and meets the needs of our customers.

The future retention of registration to ISO 9001 will be a minimum requirement for all areas of the company as is the continued search for improvement.

We aim to:
• Understand our markets and customer needs and expectations and continuously improve our service to facilitate growth.
• Develop our technology and infrastructure continuously in order that we may offer the latest available technology to meet our customers’ expectations and the ever-changing demands of the market place.
• Provide the highest level of service to our customers with as minimum cause for complaint as possible.
• Ensure that when complaints are received, they will be attended to in line with the timescales and procedures set out in our complaints policy with a view to rectifying the situation as quickly as possible and to prevent reoccurrence.
• Maintain and encourage a healthy constructive work environment that enables every member of the team to produce optimal output.
• Continuously improve the quality of our management systems.
