New Course - Building Safety Act Awareness

Published: 13 November 2025

The Building Safety Act represents the most significant change to building safety regulation in a generation. With new duty-holder responsibilities, stronger regulatory oversight and greater expectations around competence, organisations across the construction sector are under increasing pressure to demonstrate that their teams understand the new regime.

To help organisations respond, C&C Training has launched a new Building Safety Act Awareness course, designed to give professionals across the construction industry a clear understanding of what the legislation means in practice.

The course provides an accessible introduction to the key principles of the Act and how they affect project delivery, organisational responsibilities and individual roles.
