Course Description

The purpose of this course is to provide the delegate with the knowledge and/or skills to understand the Building Safety Act.

At the end of the course the delegates will have covered the following topics:

• Law & Regulators (oversight bodies)

• Roles, responsibilities and industry competencies

• Gateway System

• Golden Thread

• Information storage

Entry requirements:

Delegates must be competent in English at operative level. The course content is suited to all ability
levels.

This course is grant eligible for £60 per person, for all CITB levy payers.
