Introducing SWQR Re-assessment for candidates working in Scotland

From Monday 4 September 2017, Transport Scotland will be introducing re-assessment for all SWQR candidates who work in Scotland.  This change will mean that candidates who have previouslyre-registered every 5 years to obtain a StreetWorks Qualifications card to work in Scotland, will now be required to complete a re-assessment.

All candidates who have an unexpired, re-registered card will be eligible to apply for re-assessment from the 4 September 2017.

The Street Works Qualifications Register (SWQR) can accept re-registration applications for Scotland up to Friday 1 September 2017.  Thereafter, from the 4 September 2017, all applications must be re-assessment applications which conform to the new legislation and guidance issued by Transport Scotland.
