Over the last year, C&C Training has experienced a demand for more personal development and Human Resources-based courses.

With a large directory of trainers available from all perspectives C&C has been able to create courses specifically to meet company requests from customer services and anger-management within the workplace to team management and creative writing – some on a one-to-one level.

Social Media has also become popular.

One company who admitted to being “sceptical” and “surprised” about the benefits of one-to-one training wrote to C&C after a bespoke Personal Development course had outstanding results in the workplace.

James Fisher, general manager at Bilco UK & Europe had arranged for a one-to-one mentoring session for an employee over two training days.  In a letter to C&C after the event he said: “I was sceptical about the benefit of personal mentoring. However, following the two sessions recently we have seen a considerable improvement in this person’s approach to his work and more importantly to our customers. This had not only benefited the company but also the individual who now appears to be more highly regarded within the team.

“Bilco look forward to working with C&C Training in the future.”

This isn’t C&C’s only success story as orders have been received for communication skills courses and management training programmes.

Courses in Facebook, LinkedIn and Microsoft Excel (to name a few) have already been delivered.
